Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Defective Products: Exchanges on defective.  We will instruct on return process and will pay for shipping to/from you within USA.

New/Unopened Products: Return to us within 1 week.  You are responsible for shipping charges to and from us.  We will issue a refund after inspecting.  Restocking fee of $8 or 20% (whichever is greater).
